The team at Covenant Development is committed to Building Communities for Life. We specialize in finding the ideal balance and blend of Local, Small shops and National Brands for Retail, Residential, Industrial, Medical, and Entertainment for each individual community.

PROJECTS

Covenant Development is currently developing multiple projects throughout Texas. Projects are inclusive of Master Planned Communities, Medical, Retail and Multi-family developments. We continue to focus on coming alongside the vision of an existing civic or city structure to fortify and increase the effectiveness of the community.

PHILANTHROPY

We are dedicated to strengthening the communities we develop. Our commitment is demonstrated by donating our time, knowledge, and finances. We participate in social causes as well, whether it be by supporting one another within the Covenant family, or giving back other ways outside our organization.
